Maf has worked in senior leadership roles in the renewable and sustainability sectors for over 20 years.

He has deep expertise of the UK renewable sector, working for industry and governments to support the rapid scale up of low carbon electricity in the UK.

He has a strong and wide network of individuals and organisations and is respected for his reasoned advice, project skills, insight and influencing skills.

Catherine has significant and rare cross-disciplinary skills spanning, planning, conservation and crime.  

 

Catherine is an experienced planner specialising in advice, support and delivery of Sustainability Assessments and Habitat Regulation Assessments.

Catherine is focused on ESG requirements and reporting on materials use relating to EV supply chain, focused on mining and production for lithium, graphite and cobalt needs of this sector.

Fraser leads LumenEE's data work for a range of clients. Fraser is a Mathmatics Graduate with expertise in data and forecasting.

Fraser supports LumenEE clients across a range of areas including:

Rare Earths and wind energy. Fraser tracks rare earth use issues globally, advising clients on risks and opportunities in managing rare earth supply chain issues.

Offshore wind. Fraser tracks offshore wind project development and supply chain activity across different markets for clients.

James leads LumenEE's work supporting the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council supporting implementation of the 2021 Strategic Investment Assessment.

James is an offshore wind expert, and his current focus is the growth of the Scottish supply chain to support ScotWind. He brings over 30 years experience of working in renewable energy and finance in a number of different global markets.

Now based in Scotland, James' last role before LumenEE was based in the US supporting growth of the emerging US offshore wind market for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Charlotte has inter-disciplinary interests in environmental issues and business sustainability.  Her work with LumenEE is focused on life cycle analysis and sustainability standards for minerals in the EV sector.

 

Her most recent research and consultancy themes have involved: sustainability standards for a mined mineral supply chain; agri-environmental field research; and desk based research to consult agri-business and pharmaceutical farm management products on their environmental impact.

Mike is Director of offshore wind consultancy Pelargy. He works as an Associate of LumenEE in the delivery of offshore wind advisory services, including as part of the LumenEE contract to deliver advice and support via the OWGP WEST programme.

 

Mike has 12 years’ experience in business development and product development of offshore wind products and services, working directly with turbine manufacturers and project developers/owners globally
